The StudPro initiated by theIEEE Young Professionals Sri Lanka in collaboration with IEEE Sri Lanka Section and Student Activities Committee (SAC) Industry Applications Society (IAS) Sri Lanka Chapter. The very first StudPro career fair was held on 24th November 2017, at Institute of Engineers Sri Lanka from 9.00 AM onwards. Eight companies with 14 interview panels participated for the event from the fields of Software and IT, Electronics, Antenna Design (R&D), Automation, Telecommunication, Electrical and Mechatronics. Nikini, LSEG, JLanka, Dialog, OCTA, Ceylex and Virtusa and Fortude. The first StudPro had 123 registrants as recent graduates and undergraduates seeking job opportunities.
